Mind Body Techniques

A collection of brief therapies with powerful results, help to manage stress, decrease depression and anxiety, and increase happiness and love for life.     -An excellent treatment for fears

    - Excellent for clearing negative self talk and baggage. Tunes into your bodies innate intelligence to reveal what is ailing you. A very powerful treatment in a short period of time.  Can feel like decades of therapy benefits in one session.

 

Mind Body Skills Groups

We offer mind body medicine skills groups that meet once a week for 5 weeks.  These are limited to a group of ten. This is an inviting safe environment for sharing, learning, and personal growth.  We learn different breathing exercises, meditations, drawing exercises, journaling exercises, free dancing and shaking, guided imagery, mindfulness and more.  Make lifelong friendships and take time for yourself.  See that you have the answers for the questions that you have.  Always a fun and beautiful experience.
